Shipping policy

Sun & Moon Balloon Design, currently offers local delivery only. Due to the size and fragile nature of inflated balloons, we do not ship balloon products via mail or common carriers.

Delivery Windows
Deliveries are scheduled within a selected delivery window. Specific arrival times cannot be guaranteed due to traffic, weather, venue access, and other unforeseen circumstances.

Recipient Availability
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and ensuring someone is available to receive the order. If the recipient is unavailable, refuses delivery, or access is denied, the order is considered fulfilled and may require an additional delivery fee for re-delivery.

Public & Secured Buildings
For hospitals, schools, offices, and secured buildings, deliveries will be made to the front desk or designated drop-off location as required by the facility.

Venue & Access Requirements
If a delivery location has specific policies, security requirements, loading restrictions, or delivery time limitations, it is the customer’s responsibility to communicate those requirements in advance. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from undisclosed venue restrictions.
