Yes. All balloon gifts and décor are fully inflated and ready to enjoy upon delivery. No assembly is required.

Currently, we offer local delivery throughout Frederick County, Maryland. We deliver to homes, offices, corporate buildings, restaurants, hotels, schools (main office delivery only), hospitals, and event venues.

It is the customer’s responsibility to confirm that the delivery location permits balloon deliveries and that someone is available to receive the order if required.

Delivery eligibility is determined by the ZIP code entered at checkout, so please confirm the ZIP code associated with your delivery address before placing your order.

Delivery Timeframes

The base delivery fee includes our Standard delivery timeframe (9 AM – 3 PM).

Customers who prefer a narrower delivery timeframe may select a delivery upgrade at checkout.

• Standard — 9 AM – 3 PM
• Morning — 9 AM – 12 PM (+$10)
• Afternoon — 12 PM – 3 PM (+$10)
• Early Bird — 7 AM – 9 AM (+$20)
• Evening — 3 PM – 5 PM (+$20)

Please note that specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed. All deliveries are scheduled within the selected delivery timeframe.

If your event has a firm start time, we strongly recommend selecting a delivery timeframe that ends well before your event begins to allow for routing, traffic, and weather variables.

You will receive a delivery confirmation once your order has been completed. Because our drivers are actively on route, we are unable to provide real-time delivery updates during the delivery process.

Delivery timeframes are subject to availability and may be limited each day to ensure safe transport and proper setup of your balloons.

We certainly do! We recommend confirming directly with the hospital before placing your order, as many hospitals allow foil (mylar) balloons only and may have additional delivery guidelines.

Some products include color selection options, which you will see when adding the item to your cart. Currently, we do not allow substitutions or custom modifications beyond the listed options. If a specific design or theme is not shown, it is not available at this time. For larger custom decor and full-service event installation, please visit our website; services begin at $500.

We work carefully to replicate the overall look and feel of each arrangement. However, every item is handmade and some variances may be present. Certain specialty foil balloons, licensed characters, or printed designs may vary slightly based on manufacturer availability. If a substitution is necessary, it will always reflect the same theme or sentiment, be similar in size, and maintain comparable overall style. Latex colors may also vary slightly due to manufacturer dye lots and screen display differences.

Float time depends on environment, temperature, and handling. Most balloons last a minimum of 48 hours, and many exceed that timeframe under ideal indoor conditions. All latex balloons are treated for extended float. We do not guarantee float time, as temperature changes, outdoor exposure, transport, and other environmental factors can affect longevity once the order has been delivered.
